I ordered 2 hoodies in December. Never received. I was only responded to once and send multiple emails. They promised they would ship or refund and then have not responded since. Out over $70. Really really unfortunate.

DO NOT ORDER. I ordered 3 sweaters on dec 20 and have not received them. This is April. I emailed them about 7 times and have received one response about a month ago basically saying to be patient.

Do not order from here. I ordered 2 sweatshirts back in Dec and still have not received them. I emailed customer support and they got back to me 2 weeks later saying things were delayed due to Covid. That was in Jan... it's now the beginning of March. I've emailed again asking for a refund with no response. Pretty low to take money from people during covid.

ordered 2 sweatshirts on Jan 2nd, they took the money on the 3rd. Nothing since, had one response on email weeks after my inquiry saying basically be patient. I was actually trying to support an American business in a pandemic (and I'm Canadian) and felt good initially about the purchase, but I've been scammed. At least if I order the same crap from China I know I will actually get it eventually. Dissappointing.

Please do not order from this company! I ordered two sweatshirts for almost 100 dollars, and only received one. No tracking or shipping updates will be sent to you. Customer service email is a joke - they will not help you. It's almost three months since my order and haven't received any help on getting the rest of my order. They've basically scammed me out of 50 bucks. BEWARE.

Ordered on 12/28/2020. NEVER received any of my items. The customer service is horrible! I filed a dispute with my credit card and they said they shipped the items. Now I have to fight AGAIN with my credit card to let them know I NEVER recieved anyting. Save your self the hassle and do not order from this company!

I ordered a long sleeve shirt and a hoodie on 1/11/21 and have received nothing. I have a tracking number but says it’s in SC and has been there since January 20th. I am filing a complaint with my bank to get the money back. I have sent 3 emails and no response. This so called family owned business needs to be held responsible

I ordered 2 sweatshirts and a tee shirt on Dec 26, 2020 it is Feb 9,2021 and I have only received 2 of the 3 items. I emailed them 2 weeks later asking when I will get the 3rd, no response. I emailed then again on Jan 23, 2021 and they said that they are going to send it out in a week and look for an email. It still says preparing delivery and a week later and yet to receive anything. Wish I read this site before I purchased from them. They are scammers and we are contacting our bank tomorrow to see if they can reimburse the extra sweatshirt, thankfully I have an itemized receipt. THIS COMPANY IS AWFUL!

Made a purchase on Dec 30, 2020 and they took the money from my account. Realized I ordered the wrong size on one item and emailed 5 times without response. Finally they emailed back saying sorry too bad, can’t help you. It is Feb 7 and I have received nothing. No tracking info, no follow up emails, nothing. Pretty sure my items are never coming. Contacting my bank tomorrow to see if I can get my money back somehow and tell them I got scammed!

This is a sham company. I ordered a hoodie on 12/30/20 and received a confirmation email. The next day received a ‘how’s your order’ email, lol. I sent a pleasant email to them on 1/9/21 inquiring when they thought my hoodie would be shipped. No response. I sent a second email on the 1/12/21. No response. One on 1/13/21. No response. Finally a 4th email on the 15th. I posted on messenger. It was ignored. I posted many comments on all of their ads. I see many folks are having the same issue. On 1/16/21 I opened a dispute of charge on my credit card. The credit card has contacted them. I also reported their sham company page to Facebook.on 1/19 and 1/22 I received “be patient” and ‘watch for tracking info’ emails from them. Yesterday I got a laughable email saying Covid is delaying shipment! What a crock of [censored]. I have gotten all my other orders from all other companies I purchased from. So here we are 2/1/21 and still no hoodie. Too bad the hoodie was cute.

I placed an order for two sweatshirts on January 5th. They confirmed the order and debited my account on January 6th. Started getting worried when I began seeing posts that orders were not being filled and no contact was being made.
I filed a dispute on the transaction with my bank. Much to my surprise I received two emails and a text with tracking numbers from them with an arrival date from FedEx for Friday, January 22nd.
Update: Received my 2 hoodies today (Jan 30). 12 day trip across country by covered wagon I think. The sweatshirts are nice, not 100% cotton (50/50), and made in Honduras. True to size but I doubt with all the hassles, lack of communication and downright rudeness in blocking people from their social media pages that I will buy from them again. Lots of them out there that appear to work out of the same facility. Buyer beware!

Placed an order earlier this month, supposed to be 1 week shipping but my order is stuck "in transit" in North Carolina... Don't bother trying to send them emails, no replys. I called them out on Facebook and they blocked me from their page. Found a number and of course they don't answer.. don't bother with this company. Make this known so we can stop them from scamming more people.

On 1/1/21 I purchased two sweatshirts from this company. I also paid $5.95 in shipping, that said standard shipping 5-7 days. I received an email confirming the purchase, 72.01 was withdrawn from my account immediately. I never received an email that the order has shipped. I never received the order and they do not answer inquiries.

I placed an order on October 28th. 5 weeks later I did receive 3 out of 4 items. Quality was actually good. The 4th item was "processing". I never received it and no refund. I sent multiple emails, commented on Facebook posts and I am so confused. It looks like they are still sending out orders, so where's mine? They've now blocked me on Facebook and messenger so I can't even warn others. Can we repost them on Facebook as a scam?

It really sucks cuz the hoodies ARE good quality. Wish they were a reliable company, they could make SO much more money from repeat customers. Took me 18 days to receive 2 hoodies but I won't chance putting out money to not receive goods. The no communication is unacceptable.

I ordered 3 sweatshirts and only received 2 but was charged for all 3. I contacted the company by email and they said it was out of stock at time of order but is now in and will ship that day and I would see it in a week. The sweatshirt never came. Endless emails went unanswered. Then my emails stopped being delivered. I posted on their Facebook ad thread and mine and others bad experiences were deleted and stopped from being able to comment. Now they say they are going out of business still taking orders and peoples money and not delivering to everyone.
