I received a response from a rep named Marvie who claimed that the tops I ordered were out of stock and gave me the option to choose two different tops to ship express at no charge to me or to receive a refund. I responded and explained that I was very confused because no where on their website did it state that the tops I purchased were out of stock. I even went back on their site to confirm and both tops were still able to add to cart and purchase again. After several days of waiting for a response, I responded again and opted for the refund. Marvie assured me that my request was forwarded to the correct department and that was it. Another week passed and no update, so I reached out again and Marvie explained that the process is taking longer than expected. Since then I have not received my refund, an update or any sort of response; I've tried contacting them via their social media page (Instagram), sending another email and also using their "contact us page" on their website (which claims a 48 hour response) and I have received nothing.
