Ad on FB said she was a home crafter and was selling the rest of her inventory as she did not have time for her small business. She stated the craft items were Christmas trees made of sea glass. I ordered 2 trees, and paid total of $71.97 (this amount reflects the "tax" of $14.39 on the $57.58 order).The ad said she ships from U.S. in 3-5 days. A month later, I received 2 Christmas trees that are plastic, and painted the blue and green color of sea glass. These trees are not even glass, let alone sea glass! I paid a very high price for plastic. I notified Pink Gentle several times, and they wanted me to pay for the return to CHINA. This was not from the U.S. It was not a home crafter. The whole ad was false, and I believe the company is a scam. After being unable to resolve the issue with Pink Gentle, I notified Chase VISA, and they have refunded my money. I wish I had checked out this company first. Have learned a lesson!!
