I saw an ad in Facebook and purchased two dresses for a total of 60.00 via paypal on 10/13/24. I reached out once asking where the dresses were and had they been shipped. They responded that they would send via priority shipping ASAP. I haven't heard from them since. I researched their company today and found that it is a known scam.

Placed an order in 9/10/24. After over a month i emailed requesting a refund. And they start saying they are a start up company that can’t afford to refund all lost packages and offering me replacements. I told them to issue a refund immediately it have seen nothing

This website states they have cute clothing items but the more you look into after the fact of payment you will see they take small business boutique items and try to sell as their own. Apparently the item the comes in the mail it you get it at all is of such poor quality it can’t even be worn. I wrote customer service but they just send back an email that is generic they didn’t answer any of my concerns regarding a refund. Lesson learned on my part to do my research before attempting to buy off these sites they social media is always advertising.

I ordered from an online boutique named Pink Laura. Once the items came in I was dissatisfied with the fit and requested a refund, which they say they honor on their website within 14 days of receipt. The items could not be sent back to where they shipped from. Instead, customers must email the company and request the return address. I did so and received an email from someone’s personal gmail account saying the items would be refunded but I would be responsible for shipping which would be 60 USD. I received free shipping along with insurance for less than $5. The items I wanted to return didn’t weight more than a couple pounds (clothing). It took several emails to finally get a return address and an offer to keep my clothes with a 20% refund. To which I disagreed and requested the full amount and reasonable shipping. The issue is ongoing.

They are advertising boutique items. Typically the ads are showing up on Facebook reels as advertisement videos completely stolen from boutiques. When you go to their Facebook page it doesn't show the the stolen advertisements because they aren't posted to the actual page. What they send up sending you is absolute crap material and not what is being advertised on their website.

This company is using another woman’s advertisement videos and cropping her poster name card on her wall out of their videos, obviously to hide the original content creators company name. They will leave your order a month past when you initially placed your order with no tracking information, even if you paid for express shipping. Their resolution to being contacted about this was to offer a 10% discount rather than refund the full amount to their consumers when they never receive their order, and still, no tracking information. Shameless “business” endeavors of producing sub-par quality clothing, using other people’s video advertisements for their own personal financial gain and not efficiently addressing customer complaints. DO NOT buy products from this company.

Website https://pinklaura.com/ is a scam. They delay shipping as long as possible, even when express shipping costs have been paid. When I reached out to customer service, they would use a generic response that doesn't answer any concerns and would give fraudulent information. When you receive the product, the product is counterfeit, poor quality and in not wearable condition (i.e. closures not attached). Trying to open dispute through PayPal was of no help, as the company requests the defective product back, but won't cover the costs and then provides an invalid address to return the product to. Because of this, you will be unable to further the dispute and PayPal with not refund help.

PinkLaura is a new online social media marketplace that offers teaser items at low cost and low quality. I ordered a pair of pants that are way too small and would like to return them. The website at pinklaura.com specifies a very limited return policy

Order placed on 2/17

Item received on 3/8 and customer contacted customer service to refund on 3/9/23.

Their return policy requires contact within 24 hours and there is no return information beyond this on their website. I reached out to them immediately and have been given the runaround. They asked me for my measurements (which I refused to provide) after I had already received the item. I asked again for the return address. Today 3/13/23 their response is that “if” they provide me with said address, I will need to pay $20 shipping so I might as well keep the pants (see attached). Or they are offering a 10% refund!

I am seeking a full refund for the amount paid by PayPal including shipping for pants I will never wear.

Although this is a small sum of money, I want to alert others to the sketchy activities of this company. They are a click bait and unreliable business.
