Order was placed on line 10/12/23. Email was sent with a tracking number. Package was never delivered. Several emails exchanges have happened stating a refund would be given. Website now no longer works and original purchase link with information will not work.

I saw an ad on Facebook for the pinklilysale site. It advertised clothing all priced around $5. I ordered $78 worth of clothing. The shipping took forever. Then one day it said my package arrived in my mailbox. But, I received no such package. The only contact for the company at this point was email. They emailed back saying only sorry. But I have received no refund and the website doesn’t show up anymore.

I thought it was a regular site that I have used in the past, but they made their name very similar to another site and didn't realize until I received and email confirmation.

They were acting as a storefront that I am familiar with, but as if there was a special warehouse sale. They will have my name and credit card number. They even emailed me that my item had been shipped as well as connecting me with a 818track.com shipping number that now lists the items as being delivered. I did not know the items were shipping from China until I tracked it after it was supposedly shipped.
