Didn’t get what was ordered.

I ordered the Aspero oil. I was sent Frankensense essential oil. When I complained they said it was too expensive to return. They gave me a partial refund. What the heck am I going to do with this stuff they sent. I wanted my money back. Run away.

This company was advertised something called Leise on Facebook claiming it's terrific effects on healing insomnia. So, I bought one and paid the shipping fee for about US$40 in total. Later on, I received the package sending from China but it's not what I have ordered. They send me a bottle of massage oil instead. I emailed the company but they said it has the same effect as Leise and refused a full refund. They offered me 25% refund and I can keep the product. They are selling all sorts of health products to the vulnerable people and over exaggerate the effects of the products. Instead, they are just selling junks. In my case, they are not even sending me what they advertise. I complained to Paypal where I paid for the product. Paypal asked me to send the product back to Malaysia and said that's where the company is. After the confirmation of receipt by the company, Paypal will give me the full refund. The cost to send the package to Malaysia is over US$30. So, it cost me US$30 for buying nothing only if I really receive my full refund.
