We have ordered the test twice. The 2nd time was a mistake as I didn't realize that it was the same company that my wife had already tried. But both times we received the tests, sent them back and never received the results. Calling the company has made no difference. Don't use them for the food sensitivity test.

Sent in a PSA test and was told the results would be posted online within 7-10 days. No reaults. Called 100 times over the last 4 months and am ALWAYS told "I try to call Charlie [Balentine] at the lab.... he's not answering and must be busy so I left a message". Nobody that I've spoke with can confirm they or anyone else there has ever spoken to Charlie before. Have never received a call back. ITS A SCAM! Asked for a full refund - we'll see if that ever shows up. Ordered the test on amazon and will file an additional complaint through them and the BBB.
