I lost my favorite sunglasses and was very excited to find a replacement pair on this site. In the summary of my order it confirmed I ordered a very specific make and pair: "Sunglasses White Etnia Barcelona Africa 07 Havana Round". Instead of the fancy sunglasses I previously owned and was advertised to believe I'd receive, I received a pair of drugstore cheapo glasses worth no more than $1.50. Pinnacle Joinery states there is a return option on their website but I emailed them twice while waiting for the sunglasses and never received a response to any questions or any kind of tracking information. The company sells in pounds and has a UK address but the glasses came from Chengdu in a totally beat up box. Not even remotely the same product that was very specifically sold to me. I just hope they don't charge my credit card any additional amount. I've attached a picture of what I received, but I wish I was allowed to attach to photos so I could show you what was advertised. Completely different glasses.
