I am seeking employment and put my resume on Monster.com. A foreign lady by the name of Kim Carr, representing Pinnacle Technology, contacted me this week via email then by phone. She said they were a preferred seasonal/temp recruiting agency for UPS. She contacted me by phone to verify my personal info, which she already had including my SS#, so UPS could do a background check. I asked her where she got my resume and she said on Monster. I also asked where her company was located and she said New Jersey. I hung up and then she emailed me with my personal info including SS# asking me to verify via email. I didn't respond. I did a reverse look-up of the phone number she contacted me from and the number belongs to someone in Crystal Lake, IL. I went to the Pinnacle Technology website and called the number listed on the site to verify if a Kim Carr was employed there. A foreign man answered "hello" and nothing else. I said who is this and what is this? He said it was Pinnacle Technology and did I want to speak to Kim. I had not asked for anyone at this point. I told him I did not want to speak to her and hung up. I then immediately got an email from [email protected]. When I clicked on it, it look strange and I would have had to scroll down very far to read the email, but decided not to do that and moved it to spam. The street number for the UPS facility she had listed as 22-25. I also checked that and the street number for the facility is actually 2225, no dash in the middle. I then went to the BBB and saw this is a scam of some sort. Because they have my name, address, DOB and SS# I contacted all three credit bureau's and froze my credit. Let me add my DOB and SS# were not listed on my resume on Monster. My address and phone # are which I am going to remove next. I have not lost any money but I am very concerned, with all the personal info they have on me, that they could steal my identity. Please be aware of this and if seeking employment and use a social network, only put your name and email address.

DO NOT BELIEVE HER POST! Her name is
Christy H Wright from Ponchatoula, LA 60 years old But looks much older and CHEATING on her Husband! Also, she listed in New Jersey among so many other cities and States stealing others personal info addresses pictures using fake social media accounts accts etc. She portrays herself as Kim Carr among many many others. Steals people’s identities so her Husband won’t find out what she’s doing. Her phone number is 9852370808 m, 7734453810, 4044921212 along with so many more. Spoofing and Phishing is her specialty and she pretends to be other people when calling using businesses she’s Not affiliated with using voice disguises and recording. She’s on Mapquest with an Ponchatoula, La address but it’s a Star, ID business! Please do Not believe or trust this scam artist!
