This company started sending me mail and email in September of 2016 stating that they had bought our 2nd mortgage and that I was to start sending them the payments immediately, I purchased a second mortgage oin December of 2005 with another company, then it was sold I believe to another company and then we declared Bankruptcy in April of 2007, we had Ch 13 and finished paying monthly on that for 5 yrs, it was cleared and dismissed as of April 2014, we never heard from our company Horizon then, or Old Republic that they sold it to for over 7 yrs, then in early September we got a letter from Old Republic stating that they had sold our loan to this company, never explained why we didn't hear from them in 7 yrs, nothing said from them! I have tried for 2 months to get more information on this new company, Pioneer Investment Group, nothing on line that connects with this address, this phone# or this person Wendy Jenkins! There are so many flags, I don't want to send any money to a PO box, aren't these records public knowledge? Can't someone scam and get these and use scare tactics? That's my fear - your website cannot seem to locate them either, and her email looks very personal, not professional like at all............Please advise!
