First I called number located on EBay. I was speaking to a guy named Sal. I proceeded to buy tire and wheel package. Invoice was sent to me via PayPal (thank god). Company “TIRES AND WHEEL DIST”. I waited for tracking to be sent me and never was. This was over a matter of 1week. I called number and they advised I wait 24/48 hours to be updated. I called several times from different numbers. And eventually I was sent to a voicemail. I then text the number and got a response. I was told order was shipped and they sent me a bogus tracking number after I was raising hell about the order and how he is conducting business. Number came up invalid. So I was very very frustrated by then. He answer after I called and said he will follow up with ups and he would call me back. I waited a few hours. It doesn’t take long to find out where your shipped package is. I threatened to put in a PayPal claim and all of a sudden he say they didn’t scan and he doesn’t know why. It’s a LIE! A hour or so go by with no idea where my wheel package is and he sends refund under Tires and Wheel Dist. He stated that he send me a refund and that the wheels will be rerouted back to him. Wow! I don’t think They ever was shipped honestly. Fast forward to a day or more after. I found another dealer with same wheel package I was going to buy. Come to find out it’s the same guys AGAIN, different name. I CALLED NUMBER SET MY PACKAGE UP AND HE SEND INVOICE UNDER “VIBE MOTORING”. Sal then proceeds to try to charge me more than what the package was a few days ago. I asked him he couldn’t do any better deal. He proceeds to say he will do for “ “ which is $10 more than what I paid last time from “tires and wheel Dist”. Fine. I trusted him the second time said he would get the order right and make sure. I expressed how I want him to make sure he stay on top of this especially after the issue the first time. I fell for the okie doke again. It’s September 13th 2018 and I still do not have a tracking from this guy AFTER WAITING 72hrs for tracking to update. This guy thinks he’s the only one ever shipped ups, fedex etc! Yes it has to update but it’s scanned immediately once picked up. You can track as soon as it’s really shipped. He will not answer my calls. His business is really called Pioneer Tire and Wheel, as you can see. STAY AWAY FROM THIS GUY AND THIS BUSINESS. ITS A SCAM. IF YOU DO BUY, ALWAYS USE PAYPAL you’ll get your money back either way whether he send wrong product or don’t send at all. Crazy I did not do my research before on this but as I stated before he is using different names. I have pictures of text messages between us and PayPal receipts. Buyers BEWARE!
