We talked via Facebook messenger about a custom order on the sweaters. I ordered On 29 August, and she said the sweaters would come in about a week and she could get them shipped out. I messaged her again. On September 13 and I asked her if she had shipped them yet and she said no they should be here on Monday Which was in three days. I then messaged her two weeks later and asked her if she had shipped the sweaters yet. She stated that she had not Shipped the sweaters because they were misdelivered and the company was sending new ones. I then messaged her October 15 asked if there was any news no response. Then I messaged her again, October 17 and asked if she was not able to ship out the sweater since it has been way over TAT if I could please get a refund. Cari, we are three days later. The message has not been open or responded to.
