They posted a Facebook page advertising books for super super cheap. When you go to click on it it takes you to their website then you pick your items that you want to purchase and put in your payment information. I did all that then I got the email saying it was confirmed and when it said it had been shipped it was like a month later and then I got another email saying it was delivered. When I went to check there was no package or anything so I emailed them after waiting a couple days to make sure that the post office didn't hold it or anything I followed through with emailing them then got a response. The response said that it was delivered to the correct address and they sent me the tracking information to track it. When I pulled up the tracking map it showed that it was in a whole different either state or city you can't really tell because it's in Chinese. So I screenshotted it and sent it back in an email saying I don't live near this road and they were like well it was delivered and maybe we can get in touch with the carrier who was suda and I just heard back from them today saying that it was still sent to the correct address. They also said that it was probably stolen from my address which I don't see how that's possible because it was never delivered. They said that they were only going to give me a 30% refund back. This company is scamming a lot of people.

Advertised books at warehouse deals. Tracking showed coming from China and once says delivered, not at all delivered. When contacting customer support, they suggest the package being stolen and refuse to refund the order as it says delivered. Will offer partial refund after 2 weeks of trying
