He reached out to me after I posted in a Facebook group asking for assistance with finding grants for mental health in January. He created a grant proposal with our business information and applied for grants for us. A couple months later, he was unable to be reached, his website was down, and ignored our phone calls. We have no way of knowing if we were approved for any grants or if he pocketed our grant money as he was supposed to be the contact between us and the grants applied to.
