I bought this item maybe 2 years ago. I don't remember and honestly wasn't sure where to leave the review. I will never forget, however, that upon opening the candles there were human hairs stuck on the candle sticker! I was disgusted but excused it at the time because I felt bad considering she was a small business. I purchased the gasoline one and smelled nowhere near it.

This company advertised candles on TikTok and sold them on their website. I ordered a few candles in April but never received them as of August 3. I had contacted the business owner multiple times, and each time she would tell me that my order would be shipped "in the next 2 weeks". I did get a tracking number for USPS in late June, but it never updated to show my order had actually been sent. In early August I asked for a final time where my order was, and when I didn't get a response after 4 days I asked for a refund. The shop owner initially ignored that request and claimed that my order had shipped days before, though my tracking number still had not moved.

I requested a refund through my bank as she was making it clear she would make the refund process lengthy. I did comment on a TikTok video of hers about the refund a few days later, and only then did she process it.

The owner also deletes anything negative on her videos and on her reviews on her website, and it lying to customers on how long it takes for an order to ship. The website states it takes 7 weeks to pack and ship an order, but she admitted that orders from April had only gone out 2 weeks ago, if they had even gone out at all.
