I ordered earrings for $29.97 and confirmation email stated $4.99 S/H $0.00 tax. total: $34.96. Two days later $40.20 was charged on my credit card, no explanation for the additional charges. I have contacted the vendor numerous times asking where my earrings are. Advertising on social media promises less than 7 days delivery. Today I filed a complaint with my bank and notified Pixieperk that I will not accept the package. The official address in communications is Hongkong but the tracking info says these were shipped from WUHAN! The items landed at LAX on 3/17/2024 and are still in CA today. I do not want to do business with this company any more.
