Ordered, through Facebook, some shoes. £37. Received some fake raybans. Gutted, I was taken, but thought facebook was safe. Never again, lesson learned. I cannot even find activity on facebook, to prove, or any correspondence, to claim back through my bank. Anyone any suggestions?

Yes i also received fake sunglasses with no enclosed correspondence
this obviously was used so the shamsters could use our address and
say they sent the parcel.
Mine was 2 dresses i was on a dress site called Airey the asked for my
name and address because i was a new customer.
Then when i came to pay i was asked for my card details.
The bank refunded my money which was over 50 pounds
then the next statement the bank took the money out again.
Ive spoken to the fraud squad who said that PKT had confirmed
they had sent the dresses to me.
Now after reading everyones comments i now know they are
covering themselves by sending us fake sunglasses which mine
said were from Ebay.

We filed a dispute with our bank, and the company sent them copies of everything including the postage. 19 articles of clothing does not equal 0.4kg on the shipping label. This represents the cheap pair of sunglasses. We also included the link to this page with our correspondence with the bank

I always prided myself on not falling for any scam but they finally got me. On June 11, I ordered a garden hose, shoes and a shirt from what looked like a legitimate website. I think I saw the "company" advertised on Facebook when I was looking for a hose on Facebook Marketplace. Today I received a pair of counterfeit Ray-Ban Sunglasses that probably cost them 10 cents to make. I researched and found that they have scammed many people. I am contesting the charge with my bank and hopefully will get my $44.33 back. Other people have lost much more.

I was served up an "Under Armour" sale ad in my Facebook feed during the Michigan stay at home order. The sale was excellent, the link clicked through to a site that seemed legit, nothing seemed off and my $80 order went through perfectly. I received a confirmation email and a tracking number so I wasn't concerned. Six weeks later my "package" arrived and instead of a bag of athletic clothing I received a pair of plastic fake Ray Band sunglasses.

I, too was scammed! I tried to order a sewing machine from "Singusao.com" which was suppose to be Singer Sewing Machine Company and later found out that it also goes by several other names. But works under the umbrella of PKT e-commerce. After almost 2 months of waiting instead of getting a Singer sewing machine today in the mail I received a pair of "Ray Ban" knock-off sunglasses. Total loss was $89.99. PLEASE stop these people. Who else do I need to report them to?

I placed an order for a Under Armour mid June 2020.Yesterday, Aug 4, 2020, I received a pair of fake sunglasses. I was totally disappointed. I had a chat wuth Under Armour and they confirmed that my order was not placed in their website ad on facebook was fake. 101 $ is my order

The web site used the Singer logo and product descriptions and model numbers. I placed an order for a Singer sewing machine mid June 2020. I paid with a credit card and was advised that the payment would be listed as being paid to PKT in Singapore. I was given an order number and a tracking number. The tracking site said that the order had been received in Ningbo, China. The order was to be shipped via China post and the US postal service. The tracking said that the order had been sent from China to Singapore and then to the USPS. Today July 31, 2020, I received instead of a sewing machine a pair of sunglasses. I was totally disappointed. I sent an email to the address on the web site listed as customer service. I also sent an email to the Singer Sewing Machine Company to alert them of this fraudulent web site.
