The number on the website was called with the expectation of 24/7 towing and fast on-site arrival as the website advertised. Person over the phone was hard to understand. Payment was made over the phone for the expected tow, and a form was signed online without explanation. The caller said a driver would call back. The driver never arrived or called. Looking back at the website, there is no address and no email, and the information is generic. The map on the website appears to point to a vacant parcel.
