I saw my item on Facebook under Costco Warehouse, clicked on "shop now" and it took me to Planterbeds.com. I ordered items for my garden and per their mistake I received a pair of polarized sunglasses, not worth nearly what I paid. Initially they said they couldn't send my original item, they eventually offered me a 50% refund which I refused. I'm entitled to a full refund. I have emails from them admitting their mistake. I'm still waiting in my refund.

An ad came up on Facebook for this what looked like an outlet of Home Depot. I clicked into it and used my debit card to pay. I waited a few weeks and never got a tracking number for the package. I emailed the company and they told me that the package was delivered. I checked with them again and they told me to check the local post office and when my neighbors to see if they got the package. I did that and no luck. I emailed again and let them know this information. They insisted that the package got delivered and it was a small package with some expensive sunglasses in it and that I needed to run the package because they were out of lot of money with this. I told them I didn’t order sunglasses and that I was a bit confused as a flower planter company why they would be selling sunglasses.I asked for my money back, they said they could offer 10% off my order and this went on a bit. I got told that they could offer me 20% off but they needed the sunglasses back.

Facebook advertising post selling self-watering eco-stained 2’x8’ planter box with arched trellis

- Long Beach, CA, USA

I ordered from what they called Planterbeds Wholesale through a FB ad saying they had an overstock of these 2x8 foot elevated planter box. I received tracking info and watched it's progress. It said it was marked as delivered but I never received. I contacted their support and they asked me multiple times to check with a neighbor and my postal carrier because it was delivered and it is my job to find the package. I told them that I am friends with neighbors and postman and no one has my package. I also have 3 security cameras outside my home and not one of them detected any deliveries at that time on that date. I also work from home and see all the coming and goings at my door. They refused to refund me and told me that their warehouse accidently sent out some sunglasses and I need to track those down first to return them before they will offer me a 10% refund! None of that makes any sense. I have reported the transaction as fraud and have all of the screenshots of transaction as well as email communication. Do not be fooled!

I saw an ad on Facebook for a surplus supply sale of planterboxes. I then went to the website. I was a little suspicious of the large discount, but I really wanted the planterbox (raised bed with arched trellis) so I did some digging around. They had customer reviews on the product, some even with pictures. The pictures of the planterbox in someone's yard and the range of realistic sounding reviews comvinced me so I ordered one. I got a confirmation code on the website and by email. They even mentioned how the charge would look on the bank statement. Later I received a tracking number and link that actuakly worked and showed the progess of the package. Finally I sae that the lackage was delivered. But we never received it. I emailed the customer support, and they gave me a tracking number to contact the post office. The post office said the tracking number was from China, and they could not trace it. I emailed customwr support again, asking for a US tracking number. Eventually the sent one. The post office confirmed that it was a real tracking number, and that it showed the package was delivered. When we dug into the details, hkwever, we found that the tracking number the company gave was for a small package, weighing less than a pound. Definitely not a planterbox. Its possible we received other mail that day and they tried to pass it off as their delivery. I will attach pictures of the website and email communication. Unfortunately, I don't have a picture of the original Facebook advertisement.

I ordered 2 planter beds for $29.00 each. Total purchase $55.98 plus $9.99 for shipping, total amount taken from my credit card: $65.97

I received a pair of sunglasses. Contacted the seller several times thru their platform and was told the planter beds cannot be shipped to me and to keep the sunglasses. They offered a 10% refund.

I clicked on a Facebook advertisement that presented raised planter beds associated with the Costco warehouse store, so I thought I was purchasing from Costco. Shortly thereafter, my credit card was charged by a Chinese company and I lost $69.95. The company provided a package tracking site that "seemed" to show the order being fulfilled and delivered but the audit trail was bogus because it showed it going from China to Illinois in one day. The various stops after Illinois on the tracking log appeared to be legitimate USPS facilities. The tracking site they provided track718.us indicated that the item i ordered was delivered; however, the item was never delivered and the USPS had no record of the tracking number provided to me : ZJD121137041.

I saw an ad on Facebook that was sponsored and said it was from Costco Wholesale and was advertising for raised garden beds. I purchased three for $69.98 and it was immediately charged to: coinshare.shop. The website in the email then stated it was planterbeds.com it was not Costco wholesale as I believed. Furthermore when I inspected the website it was not garden supplies but clothing!?! The website provides no contact information at all but an email. I emailed the company at https://xps.customercare-vip.com/index/index/service/token/0002bc324821bbdced8ad... />
Which is the only information provided. The order was placed on May 7th 2023. On May 25th. What I received...was from China and it was a pair of 3D glasses that I never ordered and not the three garden beds at all! Additionally, my bank account was charged $12 for a monthly service fee. Everything I have read online from other victims states that they continue to charge your account and send you junk you never ordered. I did not sign up for a monthly service at all. This company needs to be stopped. This is such a complete rip off, and I am ashamed to say that I fell for it.

I ordered merchandise and was informed it was delivered to my home, However when I put the tracking number I was given in to locate the merchandise, it was an invalid number. It said the goods were held up at first and then said they were delivered which is not true. They kept changing stories. American Express refunded me, but I wanted to share this information to help others. This was a website actually turns out to be from China and the tracking number was fake.

Saw the add that look like part of Costco wholesale. I did order them when I saw the email confirmation realized it was scam. Immediately canceled the order and called the credit card. Unfortunate planterbeds said it was already in the process and credit card said payment was pending. I am checking on the order . Stated it arrive at LA airport. I did email to inquired about. Received an anwser to be patience. Order in transit.

Advertised on Instagram. Planter beds. The price was too good to bed true. Shame on me. The have shown multiple pictures in the comments of people being very happy with their product. They claim that it was shipped and delivered. The item I ordered was never delivered. It was a very large item and would have been a very big box.

While on Facebook, I saw an offer for raised planter beds that appeared to be from Costco. After the order was placed the email I received came from bolleth. When I click on the link in the email to check my order details it takes me to a website labeled planterbeds.com. What I received were three small packs of flower seeds. I contacted their support services to check on my order, sent them a photo of the package I received and asked about the planter beds I ordered. Their response was that due to a system error they sent the wrong order, which they valued at the same amount as what I purchased. When I responded that I didn’t want the flower seeds and that wasn’t what I ordered and should receive a refund, they responded that due to import taxes that would be assessed by customs, they preferred I keep the flower seeds and that they could no longer send me the planter beds. They offered a 10% refund and told me I could keep the seeds. I responded that was unacceptable and should receive a 100% refund since it was their error causing me not to receive the product ordered. After 10-15 emails, they offered a 40% refund and said that was the maximum they would offer. Again, I told them that was unacceptable, assumed they were not a legitimate business and would report them as such. I have all emails pertaining to the order and correspondence requesting a refund for your reference if needed.
