I received a message on Facebook regarding an item I am selling. The buyer sent a check for considerably more ($1,050) than what I was asking ($150). They sent a tracking number for the check and it arrived. They suggested I send the balance over through Zelle, Venmo, or an Apple card. I deposited the check and my bank reviewed it and determined the check to be fraud. Now my back account is locked and I can no longer use my debit card. I am in touch with my bank.
