I rent a car through Hertz last month. They used this third party toll collection company. Despite I clear state I do not need EZpass, I am going to use my own, they still left an EZpass in a box. Three week after my returned rental, I got a charge of $155 on my credit card for allinclusive toll charge. I summited my EZpass record to prove I have used my own Ezpass. They sned me their record for the charge on their tag.

Now most amazing things happend here, they said the charges are different, because my was charged at 1;33pm instead their stetament was 13:33!!!!!! my location says GSP, their says Garden State Parkway! they said this are different charges!!!!!

I beleive they intensional doing this, for customer who do not pay attention to their credit card bill (or on a bussiness card) or for the customers are too busy to fight with them, they will get away to make money out of it. Beacuse everytime I call them, the person on the phone are super nice, just play stupid to get you money.
