Indian-sounding voice called from (I thought) AOL to say my computer had been compromised and they needed to fix the Network. No one could fix it, except them, Platform Solutions Mgmt. LLC. This was in Oct., 2017. They supposedly reconfigured my network for $550. And they said I should call every two months to make sure every thing was Okay. Then another Indian-sounding voice called in May to say my firewall had expired and it had to be installed by them. I paid Quickfix Computer Services, out of New Jersey, $499.99 to "fix it". Then June 21, Platform Solutions called again saying that my network had been corrupted. They said they fixed it and wanted to another $723.00. that's when I got suspicious and reported it as a scam.
