I was looking for suggestions on who could fix my car. He told me he was able to get my car in within the week and get it fixed. My accident happened in august of 2022 and I still don’t have my car. He’s moved to multiple locations. Had my car parked behind gas stations, took the plate off to move it. It’s a lot. It would be easier to speak over the phone. He wanted to do half cash and half Zelle and checks. “Because the parts delivery driver didn’t take checks” anyway I was scammed. I spoke to a lawyer and was told he files for bankruptcy when he had sued him previously. So basically I’m out of money and a car and I don’t know what else to do.
