I Laura Gallardo hired Eric Rivera and Omar Guzman owners to Platinum exteriors to do home repairs to my home that was damaged by hurricane Harvey. They did my roof which I never got a certificate for and it didn't pass inspection. They did not finish work in my daughters room. I paid them in full plus I gave them an extra 1300.00 to order a garage door which I never received or got my money returned. I tried calling, texting and I also send a certified letter which was returned to me. It is about time contractors like them need to pay back and not get away with it any longer. no one helps us victims so many contractors are getting away with fraud. are they not suppose to carry insurance. what lawyer will help? This is our homes and our family that work hard and have gone through so much loss ,stress, and depression. Someone please help all the victimized people out.
