PLATINUM TV BOX online website scam for five (5) boxes and one (1) box for my son. Never receive our boxes. But they took my money for a total of $***. That's alot of money for a retired lady. They scam people and what's fo funny is that BBB IS NOT DOING ANYTHING ABOUT IT. I wonder why. Could it be because STRIPE, INC. from San Francisco, CA is with the BBB and has a good outstanding repution. Yet they handle Platinum TV Box they account. Does it mean that even being with BBB THERE STILL DOING PEOPLE DIRTY THAT'S WHY THE BBB KEEPS LET THEM DO THIS TO POEPLE LIKE US.

I place an order on July10, 2018 for myself. I order five (5) Platinum TV Box for $*** and order another for my son going to NY. Well didn't notice that both going to different address had the same tracking #. They were delivered to an individual in Menomonie, WI. 54751. Six (6) Platinum TV Boxes going to the same address. Not only the address they are providing is with Coldwell Banker George Realty. It's not occupied yet. Fake address. I know I will never see my money again. $***. That's a lot of money for a retired person like me. Please check this company. Please Please help! Thank you!

Purchased 2 tv boxes Dec 1st 2017 for $***.

Never received. I asked several times for money back but no product was received or money back.
