Playful Aussies Home website lists puppies which are available. The business claims to be in Norman, Oklahoma. The individual responds to emails and promises you you are not making a mistake. Playful Aussies Home is quick to respond to emails at the beginning but once they have their money they disappear. The puppy i purchased still reads 'Available' on their website. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY ??

We purchased a puppy, a Australian Shepherd for our grandchildren, on 02/16/2021 online from playfulaussieshome.com, and paid a total of $700.00 via zelle. The zelle payment information was the name, Peres Clementine with email address, [email protected]. The majority of our communications was via email, they used the name Playful Aussies Home, with the email address of [email protected]. Subsequently they used the name, Prime Animal Transports for the puppy delivery services with the email address of, [email protected],when they attempted to demand from us another payment for $1500.00 for shipping the puppy in a electronic thermal crate. Once we refused to pay the additional $1500.00 payment, they stopped all communications, our outreach efforts to the phone #, 580-352-5215 and emails to [email protected] and [email protected], have not been answered.
