Website seems legitimate and accepts Paypal purchases. I bought a Kidcraft kids' chaise lounge with umbrella on 9 June 2020 and never received an order confirmation; however I received a confirmation from Paypal along with a shipping confirmation on 10 June 2020 stating that the item was shipped. After a few days I checked the USPS shipping information to see where the package was, and it was supposedly delivered to my front door on 30 May which is impossible since I placed the order on 9 June. I attempted to call the customer support line which is always busy no matter what time of day or night that you call. I also emailed the recipient of my payment from Paypal, [email protected], as well as the customer support email on the website. I finally filed a dispute with Paypal and am waiting on resolution and a refund. Since then playfulspot.com is not even reachable as a website anymore.
