I was searching for some replacements for baby clothes/outfits that had been lost and/or damaged. Playpen baby had exactly what I was looking for and seemed like a legitimate website. I ordered a couple of outfits and received an "order confirmation" email with an invoice attached. However, weeks went by without receiving my products. I tried contacting their customer service through their online form and via email and received no response. When I tried using their customer service phone number, the number had been disconnected. So needless to say, I will never receive the outfits I ordered, nor will I ever receive my money back!
