Ordered merchandise that was advertised at a much higher quality than was shipped. When contacted was responded with a discount offer for this merchandise which I refused because the quality of the fabric is substandard. It feels like cardboard and stiff. I have been trying for a week to get a return address for the shipment but all contact methods are being ignored. I even attempted to try via their website but only am offered a web page which asks me to send my message which still goes unanswered. I keep getting email returned asking me to follow up on my message. It has been over one week. Also strangely there is no option to leave a review although when you go on their website there are only favorable reviews. So it looks like I have been scammed for $60.
