I came across an ad on Facebook for top tech gadgets of 2023. This link send me to an article with tons of ads with products that were “awesome”. The Saker Handheld Car Vacuum came up and so I researched it via Google to read reviews and make sure I wanted to spend the $ for the product. So on the Pleasanton Store website, everything led me to believe that I was purchasing a Saker brand vacuum. Even the receipt I was emailed says Saker Handheld car vacuum. Upon receiving the package, everything about it said knockoff. No Saker brand name anywhere on the packaging, the product or the manual. I have emailed their customer service in hopes to get a response and even less hopeful that they’ll refund my $. Their website does have a 30 day money back guarantee symbol posted, but we’ll see.
