Requested moving services from CA to VA. Hired Plesant Relocation Services to handle the move. Paid a move deposit of 500.00 through PRLTyler. Found another more suitable alternative for the move one week prior to Pleasant scheduling pick-up. Requested cancellation according to the contract signed. Haven’t received a phone call nor status of a refund. Have tried calling multiple times and left emails, the owner answered a yelp review, but still haven’t been able to established contact for a refund. Need help as to how to proceed.
