I finally emailed them asking for an update and I got a run around.
When I let them know I wanted a refund customer service sent me an email saying
"You sound like a crybaby. Grow up and be a man, quit crying behind the computer screen about USPS making a mistake. I didn't make the mistake, PLT Daddy didn't make the mistake, USPS did. Go cry to them you [censored]ing baby."
Thats copy and pasted from the customer service email.
I dont even know what to do. I lost 70 bucks
