C was hired to remodel a bathroom at my sisters house. She paid for half the job ($900) up front. He blocked her today and will not respond to her texts, he was suppose to show up today. He didn't even complete half of the work for the bathroom. He left her toilet without water connected. Hid plumbing parts that she had bought for him to do the work, saying she never bought them. She has receipts. He only worked 26 hours and was quoted 56 hours, and the job was suppose to be finished 04/12/24. She gave him the check on 04/05/24 and he started the job on 04/08/24. He literally left her nothing in the bathroom to use or even finished the floor. She was suppose to have a new tub installed, toilet moved to new location and new sink installed along with the heating vent moved.
