I ordered a polaroid printer and it has been over 6 days since i ordered and it hasn’t even been shipped. The printer was $54.99 i’m really hoping i get my money back for this. This was supposed to be a gift and now i have no gift to give. I thought they were just selling it for a good deal, turns out they are frauds.

I ordered a new switch at $201, I knew the price was too good to be true, I even contacted the company before I bought to ask if anything was used,refurbished or not approved. They responded saying everything they sell is authentic. I need my money back please.

Yeah, about a week ago I ordered a refurbished Wacom Cintiq 16 Creative Pen Display for $486.99, which actually would've been a realistic price, and then found this page after seeing some things listed on there for way too cheap, so I disputed it with my bank and they're pushing an investigation. Hope these guys go to prison.

I had ordered an Elgato HD60 about a week ago so I can stream some games. I saw their advertisement on Google and saw the price at $117 which was a fair amount cheaper than I was seeing off of eBay or Amazon. I ordered and was sent this email the same day, but no follow up email regarding the process of shipping or a tracking number. I would continue to check on the website for an update and while their shopping policy promised moment within 1-3 business I received no confirmation of shipment. Today I learned the site was taken down and revealed to be a scam site. I hope I can receive a refund or compensation for this mess as I was looking forward to stream video games to keep in contact with friends who I can’t see currently.

I ordered a gaming monitor off of this website and not even 2 days later the website has been taken down for fraud. I do not know how or if I can get my money back from it. In a way I am glad that the website has been taken down however, I was scammed out of 50$ and a monitor. Please make sure this website is never recreated or anything like it. I searched in Google for a Nintendo Switch console and found a website (Plumplazas) that was selling it for $209.99 with free shipping (Too good to be true. I should have trusted my gut). I took the bait and payed for it using my Debit Card on Wednesday, 4/15/20. The transaction was authorized the next day, and a few days go by when I sent them an email on Sunday, 4/19/20, asking for the status of my product. I thought since it was the weekend, I wouldn't receive a reply. Well I was desperate and I read some of the reviews that they gave to the website, and I got more desperate because they were saying that it was a complete scam. I called the number that was on the website, but the app, Google Voice, was asking for my full name. I'm not at all familiar with Google Voice, so I wasn't comfortable in giving away my name, which was ironic because I still gave them my name and card information to them when I purchased from their website. I hanged up the call, and I'm still asking myself how I was so dumb in falling for their trap. I guess 209.99 doesn't seem like a lot of money, but to me, it freaking is a lot of money. I'm not even sure if I'm going to get my money back, but if it's possible please help me.

I spent 209 for a switch from them. I read a bit more of their website, and it said that they don't refund back... On the Plumplazas website it said that it would take 2-3 days for the product to ship, but if the product was on high demand then it would take 4-8 business days. I sent them an email on 4/19/20, but because it was a Sunday, I didn't think I would get a response right away .However, I started to get a gut feeling that something wasn't right, so I started to read the past reviews from people who have purchased from this website. I knew then and there that I took the bait and fell for their scam. I called them using the number on their website, but it took me straight to Google Voice and they wanted me to provide my full name, so I hanged the call. I will probably never get my money back, but what I will leave is this review, so innocent people don't fall prey to this awful website...plus others.

I am so mad at myself for falling prey to these [censored]! These guys are good, as they have websites loaded to come up first in a search engine to say it's a legit company and the reviews are legit. UGHHHHH! I ordered 2 Elgato Cam Links that were "too good to be true", just in the fact that they had them in stock. My email got kicked back after a day, and called 3 times with no answer, and left messages, but no call backs. I called my CC company, who will dispute this, being as I won't receive any product or notification. DON'T BUY FROM THESE SLIME BALLS!

Don't Purchase anything from PlumPlaza site! They are scammers.
Because of Covid -19 stay home isolation situation, people order what they need from Online. So, they are using this point... I ordered "Razer Kiyo webcam"
this morning. It was about $50 cheaper than other sites and everything looked legit.
So, I placed the order. (Shipping was free.
So, it cost $60.99)
Right after I ordered, I received confirmation E-mail from them.

But, Strangely, company name on E-mail and on the Credit Card transaction record
Was different from this Online site name.

That's why, I searched Plumplaza site review through the Online...
I just realized that they are scammers.

I was surprised to find this site had a webcam that no other sites or stores have in stock, along with being $60 below Logitech's retail price. Everything looked legit so I placed the order. With buyer's remorse I have attempted to cancel the order only to find you must submit contact through the website. There is a phone # but did not want to wait until Monday. After searching the listed address I became suspicious and many reported scams for this site. My confirmation email came from Spotify and not the website where purchased. Charge was applied immediately and is pending in my bank account under the name "ALLISON WOODS OUTDOOR Statesville, NC". Fortunately, I used a credit card and have buyers protection. Thankfully it's Sunday and the charge hasn't posted. I can contact the bank on Monday before the charge is posted and report fraud. As the old saying goes, if it's too good to be true is must not be true! Stay AWAY from this site and report it to Spotify and Google as scam.

Yet I hate to report I am another victim of this company. [censored]! I question why the Elgato was so reasonable but figured it was a small company, less overhead and where priced to sell. I got suspicious after I placed my order and there was shipping details or tracking information so decided to check my bank account. Charge reads ALLISON SCOTT? NOT PLUMPLAZAS! I just ordered so it's unlikely my son who was so excited to get his gaming capture device will not be receiving the device after reading these complaints! What a bunch of cruel individuals doing this to kids and adults who are currently having to deal with STAY AT HOME ORDERS AND COVID19 ISOLATION! JUST AWFUL...I will be reporting this company to the fullest extent to hopefully stop others from being scammed out of hard earned money as the scammers are just sitting there watching and taking others money! Just sad. Now I get to tell my 12 year old his device I ordered for his birthday is most likely not coming. Will be reporting to Google, Chase Fraud & BBB in the next few days to hopefully stop these [censored]!

DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM PLUMPLAZAS! I ordered a R2-D2 coffee press for $27.99. The only thing I received from this "company" was an email that said my order was received. It did not include a shipping date or any tracking info. They charged my account. I did not receive my item. I called the phone number (which is a Bakersfield CA cell phone) and emailed the contact email listed on their website. No response from either.

My son gave me the info to place an order for him , I knew right after I placed the order it wasn't right.I don't know what steps to take from here but the charge on my account is not the same business name. I'm so angry, because as many people do, they google what ever and trust google to not hook them up with complete scammers. Do not ever think this this is twice now that these scammers have robbed me.
