Type of a scam Counterfeit Product
After the survey, they offer a "free gift" which can be chosen from a list of knockoff products, then they ask for an $8.95 s&h fee. Then after two weeks I received a $59.95 billing for the product (which didn't even work) billed to the credit card (without my authorization). I complained to the company. They said they had a disclosure online somewhere that the product would be sold for full price, though they could not remember where it was, nor could they demonstrate such a disclosure. They told me that they would allow me to return the product and that they would email an RMA by the next day. Two weeks later I still had received no RMA, so I called again and insisted that I be given the RMA on the phone. I used the RMA to return the product (at me expense) which they received within the 2-day time window assured by the USPS. Now, almost 2 weeks after receiving the product, after three phone calls in 2 days, they acknowledge receipt of the product but claim they do not have to issue a refund. I have opened a couple of disputes with Visa over this, but still no positive results as the Visa investigation will likely drag on for a month or two. This company is really good with giving you the run-around on the phone, never allowing you to speak with anyone except their call group in India....obviously all "supervisors and managers are unavailable all the time" according to the women from India. So I'm out $68 and have received nothing except hours of grief on the phone. Only in America. Why can't this country figure out a way to stop these LLC companies from operating scam business after scam business after scam business???? If ScamPulse.com allows this place to make it in...well it would be a travesty. I imagine Plush LLC is chock full of these sorts of operations.
