Before you get started with training and work with the company, the company will provide you with an IBM Hybrid laptop with a fast Internet connection and other equipment you need to kickoff training with your team leader/supervisor. The funds for the laptop/software and the complete set of the Equipment / Materials you will be working with will be provided to you by the company via Check to help you set up your MINI OFFICE. I will be providing you with the means of purchasing your Working Equipment and Software programs needed and the laptop. You are purchasing all your materials from our certified vendor (IBM) we have been patronizing for years now. The company's accounting department will issue the check and have it sent to your house via FedEx or Regular mail (USPS).
The company does not allow new employees to purchase their working materials with their personal funds, for that reason you will be issued the check, so you are required to use it as instructed... This whole process is done to motivate workers and help them start training sessions immediately... As soon as the check is issued to you, I will notify you and provide you with the tracking number so you can keep track and know when it will get to your home. Understood?
Once the check was held at the bank, they were insistent on me continuing the process even when Zelle denied it. I called them on it and my bank said the funds were never there and that’s why it was being held.
