Order took longer than advertised. Picture on website is NOT what was received. Site stated easy no hassle 14day returns- not the case, you have to pay to ship the item back to China in the original unopened package with proof of purchase/receipt for them to "inspect" and determine if a refund is approved or not. Return label is not provided or covered by them even though the site states it will be "Hassle Free Returns 14 Day Postage Paid Returns" across the top of the website highlighted in pink. The site states it is a small business in the USA, nope.

Here is the email when I requested the return:

Thank you for reaching out. Your concern is important to us. The refund process will be done by sending us back the order and once we receive it you will get your full refund directly to your bank account. In your case we don’t provide shipping label unless the item was received damaged. Please see the address below.

Our customers satisfaction is a priority to us. When we sent you the item we didn’t charge you for shipping. For returning we don’t provide shipping label. As I said you will get your full refund once we get back the item. I’m here trying to help you. I hope you understand.

I HAVE REPLIED BACK WITHT HE VERBIAGE FROM THE WEBSITE..... DOUBT THIS WILL GET ANYWHERE AND I WILL BE OUT THE 25....
