I never received a detailed scope of work, they never sent me a detailed contract outlining their responsibilities and mine, I never signed anything.
Within less than 24 hours, I asked for a refund. They said they can't refund me because they already done so much work. This is a lie. She roped me on a Friday afternoon before Memorial Day. I called Saturday morning to ask for a refund. So I called my credit card to oppose the transaction. As usual, the credit card company asked them to provide a contract that I signed. They took the first contract I signed and created a contract they submitted to the credit card company. It's so visible that it's fake because the DocuSign signature is blurry.
I'm trying to sue them but you cannot find their physical address to serve them. When I asked Ashley about the physical address, she said "none of your business." Their domain name, phone number, are all private. The address on the contract is fake. Why would they hide their address if they were an honest business? My guess is there are other people trying to sue them and they are hiding from the law.
I have a family member in law enforcement who said since the business happened in my state, I can report contract fraud to the police in my county and they will track them down. I have already talked to the police and they're on the case.
I'm not letting this go, even if it takes 10 years, they need to be brought to justice. If you have been scammed by this company, please contact me so we can join forces to bring them to justice.
Furthermore, they told me the podcasts will be aired on radio for ONE YEAR. It turns out there is no radio. My podcast will be on podcasts sites (free service) but they don't determine how long they'll stay there and they will not be advertised. So nobody will see my podcasts.
This is not a radio or a podcast service. It's a scam. They have scammed many people. Please stay away.
