I ordered a pair of Nike women’s shoes from this website, I should’ve known better because I couldn’t find any reviews or history regarding their website. I received the correct style of shoe, but in a children’s size. I followed Poddleshop’s return policy and did meet the criteria to receive an exchange but was told twice, even with photo proof (holding shoe next to a ruler) that they had shipped me the right product and would not process the exchange. Thankfully, the credit card I used has fraud protection on it and I filed a claim.

I went to buy my daughter Nike Dunks. Poddleshop.com attempts to appear as a U.S. company. It has Oklahoma and Delaware addresses. As soon as the order was placed, it shows you a PayPal charge to Nguy?n Th? Minh. I immediately sent a cancellation notice. I then followed it with 2 more notices in the next 24-hours. Nguy?n Th? Minh finally responded to say there would be no cancellation. I had violated their refund/return policy. I had not. Their “customer service” has been informed I was going to make this complaint. I lost $136 to poddleshop.com. DO NOT USE this site. They are only here to scan you.
