For the last month, PODS has been charging customers’ credit cards on file $100 multiple times a day, just for fun. If you complain enough, they issue refunds and send an email blaming the error with their backend billing system that assigned an “unpaved road fee”. But, good luck getting a customer service agent to agree to refund your credit card. The only realistic option is a charge back through your credit card company. And to use another moving / storage company.
