Point to point transportation request was made in company website. Spoke to agent who said an email containing the request and invoice would be sent. Email never was sent. Random uncommunicated charges were made by the company requiring me to cancel credit card and transportation service. 35 days later the company fraudulently charged me for the canceled service that was never provided using the credit card that was cancelled and no longer valid. The case is currently being disputed and investigated by my credit card company.
