Pokemon_guru1 on instagram was selling a binder of charizards. I asked if i could purchase them for 600. He said yes so we went theough venmo first, i sent him the 600.00 and he claimed that the account i sent the money to froze. He said that venmo would refund me but that doesnt work like that. So we tried on cashapp and i sent him 600.00 once more. It went through and then he said it was the wrong user so he scammed me out 1200.00$. He wont respond on instagram now and im stuck in this terrible situation and there is nothing venmo/cashapp can do. Please help me.
