Miren, para empezar los artículos me llegaron fuera de fechas. Pero hay algo peor. Sus "aires acondicionados portátiles" me enpantanan la casa de agua a riesgo de un cortocircuito e incendio que ponen a mi familia en peligro. No enfrían. No hacen lo que dicen ustedes que son y en el embalaje no está su marca. No están fabricados en España sino en China, y como les dije, no hacen sino perder agua en superficies totalmente rectas ya sea suelo, banqueta, mesa... ¿les parece a ustedes normal?
Hay otro hecho. Su página no tiene método alguno de contacto con una persona por más que lo han escrito ustedes (atención al cliente y demás), todo son preguntas y respuestas con las que nadie puede participar o interactuar con personas que den la cara. Y dicen ustedes que un producto sólo se puede devolver si no ha sido desembalado, díganme entonces, ¿si es defectuoso tal como les demuestro, el dineral que hemos pagado por su mala calidad no es reembolsable?
Les exijo responder de esto, porque no me parece ni remotamente normal. Mándenme a este correo sus datos, teléfono y dirección porque esto huele a que tendré que denunciarlo".

Les aportaré las pruebas de mis datos bancarios tan pronto ustedes me las soliciten.
Mi pedido según mi extracto bancario es "getpolaire66748" (160€) y quiero que me devuelvan la cantidad. Les devolví los objetos pagando yo el coste y les di el número de rastreo. Me han bloqueado el e-mail y me temo lo peor. Nadie me está respondiendo.

Never Order From them. Horrible! When you try to contact them, they ignore you. When you contact credit card company to dispute charge, you will get credit but it will be charged back because they lie. The first one that arrived leaked, the second one that arrived was all busted up and we have pictures & an email to Pandooshop requesting a return slip that was ignored. The product we bought from them is sold elsewhere for $19.99 each. We were charged a total of $140.00 for 2. Do not do business with them.

I contacted the seller, PandooShop, and Polaire, 5 minutes after I opened the package...as best I could considering I had to HUNT for any kind of customer support link. I only have 15 days to request a return/refund, and if no one replies to the emails I send, the 15 days will pass and then I'm not eligible for refund! I want the ScamPulse.com to contact this business, the main website uses distributers, I assume, and it a distributer that is taking money for crap merchandise and wriggling out of refunds!
