I waited over a month and a half to receive 1 out of the 3 items I ordered. Ordered them around the beginning of December and received the one item in January 7th or 10th. The coat I ordered was thin, missing parts, one pocket had an opening on the side of the pocket in which my hand can pass through, while the other pocket was sealed as it should be. I was emailed that they are not in charge of items going missing as mine had went missing for awhile and was emailed again after a long wait for their response that I will be refunded and/or that they'll resend the products! I was not going to wait another month to be disappointed again so I asked for a full refund. On February 1st, 2019, I was emailed that I will be getting a refund and 21 days later I call my bank and they have no transaction of a refund! THIS IS BEYOND UNACCEPTABLE.
