On 11/11/2020 I ordered a pair of leggings with velvet lining for warmth. I paid $17.00 for them but I haven’t heard anything from you like a tracking number or when I should get them. Will someone let me know what’s happening please?

Ordered item as over a month ago. Says shipping label was created, but that’s it for a month. Contacted support several times, and have not heard back. Now I’m out money and items.

I ordered some hair straightening cream for my grandmother and the package never arrived. A tracking number was never sent and they never replied to my emails. ITS A SCAM
