call received on 03/16/19 at approximately 11am from 2397196008 with individual identifying themselves as calling on behalf of the Police Benevolent Association and asking for a donation from a 3-tier selection of either 25, 35, or 45 dollars for which the donor would receive a packet. The caller then transferred the call to a female who wanted the victims credit/debit card information. The victim disconnected the call at that point.
