I made a purchase on 4/14/21. After 3 weeks of no updates, I personally reached out to the seller via IQ and I was told that I would receive an update soon. **the customer support email does not work, which is why I had to dm her on Instagram (*rolls eyes*)

i track all Shopify orders on Shoppay and received a notification that the shipping label was created and that status has remained indefinitely.

Ordering on April 14th and still no product when it is now June 2nd is unacceptable.

The seller has now deactivated all social media platforms (IQ, Etsy shop, official website, etc.) and no one has heard from her.

This is unprofessional, unacceptable, and everything in between. I do not recommend this company / seller.

Place my order 4/23/21. I even purchased the “rush my order” for $15 extra buck and still have received anything. Emaile them on 5/11 and received a blank email from Jahrese Jones. Checked the website after & it’s been down since. Emailed again on 5/27 and still nothing.

I placed an order for some beautiful press-on nails. Saw nice reviews on ig about them and everything. Placed my order back in April, was told my order was shipped as of the 7th of May and still haven’t received my items. The website is down and instructs the customers to go to her other means of communication, such as Instagram, Facebook and one other. The ig is no longer up and the Facebook page cant be found.

Made a purchase from this seller at the beginning of April 2021. I reached out them via email twice and received an email at the end of April saying my order has been shipped and I’ll have it within 5-7 business days. That email was over four weeks ago.
