This business is, to my knowledge, not registered with the state of Georgia. Their policies are predatory and the owner only accepts Zelle payments and methods that do not allow you to get your money back upon making your deposit for a service they may not even provide.

She had my friend pay 250 for an install of hair, told her she had covid then posted videos of her in Miami having fun. Refused to send money back.

This person canceled an appointment on same day due to COVID exposure. Due to their policy refunds are non-refundable if the client cancels. Per the provider canceling, the client did not receive the service they paid for. The provider did not refund the deposit nor did they allow for sufficient time for the client to reschedule and threatened the client with the police when confronted. I feel this is a scam because they took money and did not render services as agreed in the contract which is valid once deposit is paid.
