I got a text at 8am from someone pretending to be from Politi Insurance (an insurance company based in California while the phone number was from New Jersey) asking if I wanted an interview for a customer service position I never applied for. They were pushy and borderline rude. I set up on Google Hangouts for the interview so that I could ask them some questions where they were just as rude and refused to explain the position further, instead calling it customer sales. When I confronted them about all of this they just left the Hangouts session. Beware of this number and the email address [email protected]. It's a scam where they want you to launder money for them.
