Pollen collected $2,000 from me for a concert event that was happening in Cancun Mexico on February 17-21. Package included hotel, events and all inclusive meals. On January 18, they cancelled the event. They said they would be issuing refunds, but later said they were overwhelmed and refunds would be paid in 90 days. The 90 days have passed and they were still not giving any update on refund status. On June 29th they said refunds would be issued by July 30- this is now over 6 months after the event was canceled. After reviewing their social media pages @pollen, I found that there were hundreds of people who had the same experience with them for other events. I attempted to report this as fraud to my bank but too much time has passed and they say there's nothing they can do.

PAckage included hotel, events and all inclusive meals. 2 days after the final payment was paid, they cancelled the event. They said they would be issuing refunds, but later said they were overwhelmed and refunds woul dbe paid in 90 days. The 90 days have passed and they are still not giving any update on refund status. After reviewing their social media pages @pollen, I found that there were hundreds of people who had the same experience with them for other events. They must be stopped.

There was a concert scheduled to be out in Cancun Mexico for 4 days. Hotel and hotel accommodations were being provided me and two others made payments to attend two days after the last payment was made the trip was cancelled me and the members of my group requested a refund that week and have received nothing this was March 30, 2021. And we have received the run around about about our refund. We went to the companies social media website and we aren’t the only ones that have been having this problem. I also purchased travel insurance and yet they will not help me either
